We will get in touch with you – either by phone or via email – to collect specific details for your project. We will ask for photos of the spaces you will be decorating. And, we’ll ask you to send any inspiration photos you have collected, too. Once we receive the photos, we will contact you the next business day to schedule a consultation.
With the photos and information you provide to us, we conduct a virtual tour of your home and confirm the goals of your design plans. Depending on the scope of your project, we will make recommendations as how best to proceed. While discussing the project details, we will determine your personal preferences concerning style, colors and function for the project. We’ll also discuss and establish the ballpark financial investment required to execute the final design plan.
With the financial investment determined, we collect an initial project agreement fee to cover the costs of the initial project planning and development phase. Typically, this fee gets applied to future purchases. Next, the product selection phase begins. First, we will ask to visit the spaces to be decorated to gather measurements to ensure proposed items fit properly. We will wear face masks and follow any other appropriate guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of all those involved. All of these steps ensure most every detail of the project will be executed accurately and safely.
Usually within one to two weeks we will meet virtually via video or phone. At this time, we will review the design plan, inspiration photos, furnishing selections, accessories, lighting and any other pertinent information related to the project. We will provide any materials available and appropriate for your review during the meeting beforehand via email.
Upon your approval of the design plan, we will prepare and deliver a written quote. Quotes include taxes, shipping, delivery and installation costs. Receipt of a 70% deposit initiates the ordering phase. From there, we will communicate status of all aspects of the acquisition phase of your project.
When your products arrive, we contact you to schedule an installation day. We will suggest you spend a few hours away from home while our team transforms your space. Once finished with the installation – every item impeccably placed – we’ll invite you back to see the final reveal. Upon review of the space the final balance of 30% is due.
